Having been born and raised in Bear Lake, I have deep roots through my great-great-grandfather, Charles C. Rich who settled Bear Lake back in 1863. At 21 I leased a fast-food business, later I opened a sporting goods store that became a local hub for 18 years, and I served in local government along with doing estimating and scheduling for a local excavation business from the ground up.
After losing my sporting goods store in 2018 from a runaway semi-truck, my family moved to Cache Valley in 2019 and I started my transition into real estate shortly after. My background in business, government, and land use has given my clients a powerful advantage when buying or selling in both Bear Lake and Cache Valley properties.
